Thomas Baldwin Jr. (born October 27, 1966) is the team majority owner of Tommy Baldwin Racing and Competition Director of Premium Motorsports, the latter for whom he also serves as crew chief of the No. 15 car in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.
